  Channel Letters

A standard channel letter is a three-dimensional graphic sign element. Its channel is fabricated from sheet metal, most often aluminum since it will not rust. A flat sheet of aluminum is typically cut on a table by a computer-controlled router. This creates the back of the channel and is the basis for the letter shape. The sides of the channel letter, called the returns, are then formed by bending a 3 to 6-inch-wide (150 mm) strip of aluminum sheet around the aluminum back. This return is then fastened at the seam by a specialized machine called a clincher to form the shape of the letter. The letter can is painted and fitted with any lighting components necessary such as neon gas tubes or light-emitting diode (LED) modules. For all of our standard channel letter packages, we use Hanley LED's to illuminated the letter face. A translucent plastic face usually of 3/16" thick sheet acrylic fiber or polycarbonate is cut to fit the open face of the letter can. A Jewelite trim cap border is applied to its edges which gives the letter face a finished appearance and creates a fastening surface to attach it to the letter can. We are also able to manufacture a channel letter with a clear plastic back. This produces an outer glow effect around the perimeter of the letter which we refer to as "halo-lit". When illuminated at night, channel letters draw the eye of passers-by.

  Push-Through Acrylic

These signs create a very unique and professional look for your business. Utilizing 3/8" to 3/4" thick acrylic which glows around the perimeter edge once illuminated with Hanley LED's from behind. Unlike channel letters, we are able to cut extremely fine details into push-thourgh acrylic signs of any size. The acrylic is encased by an Alupanel backer which does not allow any light to pass-through. Therefor, only your company logo, phone number or any other valuable information is illuminated at night. This particular styule of sign is becoming increasingly popular for interior signage and businesses who wish to have a subtle yet very professional look to their business.

  LED Illuminated Cabinets

Our illuminated cabinets are manufactured in-house using a mixture of aluminum extrusions and steel support braces. Our LED cabinets are illuminated using Hanley LED's. LED illuminated cabinets provide a much more cost-effective and efficiant sign display. LED lighting provides a nice even illuminated surface which can then have your company logo applied in a solid color translucent vinyl or custom printed graphic. The illuminated visual area of the cabinet is constructed out of either acrylic or polycarbonate depending on the size you require. All of our electrical devices and certified and meet all electrical code requirements. We also continue to provide sign service for fluorescent cabinets. The florescent lamps are powered by Allanson fluorescent ballasts. Allanson has been providing high quality electrical products for the sign industry since 1926.

  Foam Letters

These letters and/or shapes are cut on a computer controlled router. They can be made in any thickness from 1/2" to 3". The front face is then covered with a print graphic, cut vinyl or a specific paint color. The edges of the foam are painted to increase durability in exterior applications. The material used for this product is called Ultraboard. This product is a lightweight structural panel consisting of a rigid polystyrene foam core faced on both sides by a smooth, moisture resistant sheet of 1mm expanded PVC. The foam and faces are permanently bonded together. The face laminates have been specially developed to provide an excellent surface for painting, silk screening, mounting and vinyl lay-up. Together with these properties and the ease and multitude of shaping methods make Ultraboard an excellent choice for signage, mounting, exhibits, point of purchase displays and routed letters.

  Acrylic Letters

These letter are most commonly used for interior applications due to their very smooth and clean finish when viewed from a close distance. Acrylic letters are also very effective when pin-mounted off a surface to give extra dimension and a drop shadow behind the letter. They can be made in any thickness from 1/8" to 1". The front face is then covered with a print graphic, cut vinyl or a specific paint color. An advantage to using acrylic for cut letters is the smooth outer edge which is the same solid color as the front face.

  Pylon Signs

Pylon signs are crucial for high traffic locations and/or multi-unit strip malls. With most standard pylon signs reaching well above any visual obstructions, they create an unforgettable image that will stand out above the rest. Most commonly, pylon signs consist of steel posts and illuminated fluorescent cabinets. However, we are also able to install Electronic Message Centers, Channel Letters and many other sign products onto your pylon signage.

An awning is a secondary covering attached to the exterior wall of a building. The frame for an awning is constructed out of aluminum extrusion and a translucent vinyl stretched over the frame. Fluorescent lighting is then used to illuminate the awning, giving your storefront a bright and colorful image. Our awning material is available in a wide array of colors. However, we are also able to cover the whole awning in a print graphic to give your awning a very custom, one-of-a-kind look.

  Neon Signs

Nothing quite beats the look and feel of a neon sign. With the advent of LED illumination, production and shops capable of servicing neon signs have dwindled quite considerably in the last decade. We pride ourselves in being one of the few remaining shops with the ability to both manufacture and service neon signage. Whether it be an advertising sign, or your storefront signage that needs repairing, we can provide you with dependable service.

  Coroplast & Alupanel Signs

We manufacture flat signs with either printed vinyl graphics or cut vinyl graphics on many different materials. These signs can then be used for installations on the exterior of your building on fences, walls, windows, etc. We also manufacture flat signs to be used in the interior of a business for way-finding, advertising, special events, sales, etc. Interior signs can be mounted directly to a flat surface or with hardware to pin-mount the signage off of the surface. The most common materials used for flat signs are coroplast, cintra, Alupanel and acrylic.

For temporary advertising or mobile applications, banners are an ideal solution. Manufactured out of vinyl scrim banner with a nylon weave, they provide a versatile solution for many locations. Banner graphics can be printed directly on the banner or cut out of solid color Avery vinyl. Both solutions provide a powerful way to get your message out in the open.

For upcoming development properties or highway advertising, billboards can be extremely effective. Billboard signs are most commonly constructed with 4x4 treated posts, buried 2' in the ground with concrete and tie-backs holding the posts steady. This creates a solid structure, capable of displaying a custom graphic panel displaying your message. These panels can be manufactured from a wide-array of materials. Some of the most common applications use a composite aluminum material called Alupanel. However, billboard graphics can also be manufactured from vinyl scrim banner or sign-grade plywood.
